Includes a sub micron Doulton Supercarb OBE Ceramic, Silver and Carbon cartridge made in England. We recommend the twin housing Ceramikx system if your water supply has elevated sediment levels. The prefilter on the twin housing will protect and extend the life of the the Ceramic cartridge. If you already have a whole house filtering system with 1 micron filtration this single Ceramic housing will work exceptionally well. This system needs 40 PSI water pressure minimum....

Recommended for a chlorinated or Rural water supply. We recommend a pressure limiting valve be installed before the housing to stop water hammer damaging the housing....
